Walking Canes Review
Thursday, March 02, 2006Friday February 24th we completed our two part series on the types of walking canes that are available in the market. Discussed in the blog post were palm grip walking canes, fritz style walking canes, fashion and costume walking canes, and folding and collapsable walking canes.
Tuesday February 28th we posted an article on how to properly choose a walking cane. Shopping for a mobility aid can be daunting discussed were tips on making your decision easier, such as quality, height, weight of material, well balanced, and easy to grip.
Wednesday March 1st we discussed how the Beechwood Derby cane used by House MD was featured in this weeks TV Guide. This cane has a fame all its own, as seem by its own MySpace Profile and a fan of House MD would be delighted to receive it as a present. The cane itself is of the highest quality so anyone would find it an ideal gift.
Later that afternooon on the 1st of March, a review of folding walking canes, or travel walking canes, was posted. Travel canes are perfect for a vacation because they are made of light weight materials and fold up to a small compact size. It is much easier to take folding canes on vacation with you because a regular cane will be bulky and hard to travel. Take one with you and enjoy your mobility!
